Yes! LGU Agoo has 11 live online service routes powered by eLGU BPLS at elgu-bpls.com for Business Permit billing & renewal, Real Property Tax billing & payment, Public Market rental fees, and Waterworks billing. Walk-in services are available at Municipal Hall, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

For birth certificates registered in Agoo, a local certified copy costs ₱80 (₱50 transcript + ₱30 Documentary Stamp Tax) and is released in 5–15 minutes if the record is available.

Yes. The Agoo Local Civil Registry Office operates a BREQS (Batch Request System) outlet for PSA documents. Service fee is ₱60 per document, plus PSA fees: ₱155 for Birth/Marriage/Death certificates or ₱210 for CENOMAR.

Yes, but they must bring:

• An authorization letter signed by you
• Valid government-issued ID of both you and the representative
• Photocopies of both IDs

Both are official certified true copies. PSA certificates are printed on security paper (SECPA) for national applications (passports, visas, DFA). Local civil registrar certificates (₱80) are issued directly on-site and accepted for local transactions, employment, and school enrollment.

Business permits must be renewed annually during January (deadline January 20). Late renewals incur a 25% surcharge plus 2% monthly interest (up to a maximum of 72%) per the Agoo Revenue Code of 2013. Renewal counter processing takes only 5 minutes at the BPLS Office once clearances are complete.

To apply for a new Business Permit (10-minute counter processing), prepare:

• DTI Business Name Registration (Sole Proprietorship) or SEC Registration (Corporation/Partnership)
• Barangay Business Clearance
• Community Tax Certificate (Cedula) for the current year
• Zoning / Locational Clearance from MPDO
• Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) from BFP

Applications can also be submitted online via eLGU BPLS BPLS New Business.

The total annual MTOP fee is ₱1,440 (Mayor's Permit ₱450, Annual Renewal ₱100, Supervision ₱50, Verification ₱50, Tax Clearance ₱50, Garbage Fee ₱200, Health Exam ₱140, Drug Test ₱250, Business Plate ₱150). Tricycle franchise validity renewal (every 3 years) is ₱500.

Submit your application at the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO). The total annual fee is ₱400 (License fee ₱200, Inspection fee ₱100, Permit Sticker ₱100). Processing takes approximately 30 minutes.

The standard Building Permit Application Fee is ₱150, Inspection Fee is ₱500, plus Fire Safety Evaluation Fee (₱100 residential / ₱130 commercial) and structural assessment fees based on floor area. Processing time is 2 hours 30 minutes minimum (up to 5 working days for complex building reviews).

Application Fee is ₱150 and Final Inspection Fee is ₱500. Requirements include Completed Certificate of Completion signed by supervising engineer/architect, As-Built Plans, and Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) for Occupancy from BFP. Minimum processing time is 1 hour 30 minutes.

Over-the-counter payments at the Municipal Treasurer's Office are made in cash. Online payments for Business Permits, Real Property Tax, Market Rental, and Water Bills are accepted 24/7 via debit card, credit card, and e-wallets through the Agoo eLGU BPLS portal.

Real Property Tax in Agoo is 1% Basic Tax + 1% Special Education Fund (SEF) of the assessed property value. You can view your bill and pay online via eLGU BPLS RPT Billing or visit the Municipal Treasurer's Office (10-minute counter processing).

For individuals: ₱5.00 base tax + ₱1.00 for every ₱1,000.00 of gross annual income/earnings. For corporations/entities: ₱500.00 base tax + ₱2.00 for every ₱5,000.00 of gross property/earnings. Issuance takes 5 minutes at Window 1, Municipal Hall.

Certified True Copies of Tax Declarations cost ₱105.00 per copy at the Municipal Assessor's Office. Ocular Property Inspection for land valuation costs ₱100.00 per lot.

Go to the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) with:

• Birth Certificate or any valid ID showing your age (60 and above)
• 1x1 ID photo
• Barangay Residence Certificate

The ID is issued for free.

Senior citizens enjoy 20% discount and VAT exemption on purchases (with a minimum purchase amount per establishment), priority lanes, and access to special programs and medical assistance from the municipality.
